Shipping methods

TSITSIGIAS.COM delivers packages via ACS for Greece and through DHL for the rest of the world. Under current international trade regulations, there will be an official invoice in the parcel along with the merchandise.

The policy of charges for transport costs is as follows:

For shipping products within Greece, shipping costs are FREE. In case of cash payment, the charge is 2 euros.

Delivery time

Delivery time is 5 business days after we confirm by email that we have received your order. Any orders placed until 12:00 (Greece time) are processed on the same day and processed the next day. Any orders placed on Friday after 12:00 (Greece time) and throughout the weekend will be processed on Monday. Delivery times refer to business days. Working days are considered Monday through Friday except for public holidays in Greece and the country of dispatch of the order.

For the other EU countries

For delivery of products of a total value of 200 euro or more, shipping costs are FREE.
For delivery of a total value of less than 200 euros, the charge for transport is 45 euros.
We may differentiate freight charges displayed in our e-shop at any time and without prior notice.


The above five five business days delivery time for "remote" and "inaccessible" areas is increased in extra 1-2 business days.

Available Products

Orders submitted after confirmation of product availability and bank transaction control will be executed 1-2 days after placing the order. Please keep in mind that during discounts and offers, delay may occur in the execution of the order your order.

Update for orders

You can check the status of your order through "Myccount" in the "Orders" menu as well as in the courier company's website by placing the shipping code that will be emailed to you once your order leaves the store us.
We remind our customers that once an order is made regarding available products, changes can no longer be made to it.

Total Order Cancellation Case.

If, after inventory availability check, all sorts of the order are found, the relevant e-mail is sent to you to confirm and accept your order.
If you have chosen "pay in the store", the order will remain booked for the next 48 hours.
If you have selected "Deposit in a bank account" and it is not made within two business days, the order is automatically canceled.

Case with Total Acceptance and Order Execution.

If, after inventory availability check, all sorts of the order are found, the relevant e-mail is sent to you to confirm and accept your order.

If the available balance of your debit / credit card is greater than your order value, your card will be charged with the amount that you had committed when you made your order.

At the stage of dispatching the products, you are informed of how their shipment progresses. You are sent the courier company code number accompanying your order upon shipment, so that you can report this number to the progress of the shipment.

Your order is received within 5 working days of receipt. If for any reason, such as force majeure, transport problems, etc., is delayed, the courier company will contact you.

Your purchase ends with the delivery of the products. The final receipt (retail receipt or invoice) will be given to you upon receipt.

Partial Acceptance Possibility case

If for any reason there are no balances available for some of the items included in your order, you receive an "Order Quantity Change" e-mail informing you of the items that can be executed. If you do not contact us by email or by the next business day by telephone to declare that you no longer wish to run your modified order, we consider that you accept it and is running normally.

In this case, you will be refunded the difference of the amount resulting from the change of your order, depending on your payment method.

If you do not wish to execute your order in part but its total cancellation, you must contact us by e-mail or by phone. Your total order will then be canceled and a full refund will be made, either on your card or on your PayPal account.

Total Order Acceptance Unavailability

If your entire order is not confirmed due to lack of stocks, you will be sent an e-mail for your information. Your order will be canceled and a refund will be made either on your card or on your PayPal account.

Track & Receive Your Order

Unsupported packages will be returned to TSITSIGIAS.COM. For any information, please email, or call (+30) 2310 250885, (Monday to Friday 09: 00-15: 00).

If the purchase was made via a card, or PayPal, in order to secure the buyer, the delivery of the products is only to the same, which should receive the order in person, showing his original ID or passport.

The receipt of the order may also be made by a third party, if authorized by you in writing (the buyer). Even in the case of a written authorization, the authorized person must show the above documents, identity card or passport) in order to complete the delivery of the order of products made by credit card.

In the case of cash payment, at the time of delivery you must have the exact amount in cash. Payment by check is not acceptable, so courier will not deliver your order.
